At registration campers with pertinent medical conditions will have the opportunity to notify the medical trainers and staff. It is important to let us know of any medications which need to be administered in a timely manner. Campers with asthma need to be sure to bring their inhalers with them each day.

The Vermont Futbol Academy Health and Liability form must be completed and returned by June 1st for the Day Camp and July 1st for the overnight camp. This form is available under the "Forms" link on the Vermont Futbol Academy website. Registration is not complete without this signed form. It must be signed by a parent or guardian with the understanding that the participant is physically fit to play. Although, a physical is not a requirement, our staff is well prepared in athletic training. A certified trainer is on duty at all times.
